Ordering your transcription is easy because we've reduced
the process to five steps that are all done online for your convenience.

Step 1:Submit your digital file(s)
Simply go to our Order page, sign in and upload your audio or video file using our web-based control panel. Or you can send us links to streaming audio or video on the web.

We accept digital files in these formats: MP3, MP4, WMV, AIF, M4A, MOV, AVI, VOB, AMR, WMA, OGG, and WAV.
Step 2:Submit your payment
Fees are based on minutes of audio or video submitted for transcription. Our low fee is from just $0.69 per minute. We accept payment with all major credit cards.
Step 3:Transcription Phase 1
An expert transcriber familiar with your industry goes to work immediately on your project.
Step 4:Transcription Phase 2
Once the transcription is done, it's checked and edited by a senior transcriber for accuracy.
Step 5:Your project is delivered
Within 2 business days your transcribed document will be made available to you via our online control panel. You'll get an email notification when it's ready for download.
